Medical Oxygen Generating Plants
O2 Generating Plants

Oxygen Generator Plants:
Medical Oxygen is a gas with high purity, which is used during medical interventions for respiratory help of the patient. The medical oxygen generators presented here are appropriate for European, American pharmacopies and ISO EN 13485 standards.

The O2 generators work with the PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technique. The PSA technique has a molecular sieve, therefore there is no requirement for a chemical process. The molecular sieve filters the nitrogen gas in the ambient air and obtains highly concentrated oxygen.

Oxygen which is found in 21% of atmospheric air is first filtered by a sterile filter and pressurized with screw compressors. After that, the pressurized air is conditioned with filters and a dryer. Then, the nitrogen in the air is adsorbed by the molecular sieve which obtains 93% +/- 3 or 95% +/- 1 purity medical grade oxygen.

This technique provides continuous, economic and healthy oxygen for medical applications.

Easy Connection to Oxygen Piping System: Provides direct connection to the hospital oxygen piping system.
